Alicia Racine, LMHC
Alicia Racine is an accomplished performance artist and a licensed mental health counselor, currently residing in Los Angeles, California. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Boston University, and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. Combining her interests in both theater and therapy, Alicia discovered the powerful connection between storytelling and relationships. How we self-narrate influences our lives and is pivotal in her work. She believes in evidenced based practices of short term Psychodynamic Therapy, Transference-Focused Therapy, Exposure & Response Prevention and Mindfulness.
“Many of us recognize areas of our lives that lack fulfillment. We long for love, belonging, a chance to breathe and feelings of success. Trauma, addiction, and negative schemas often make achieving our goals difficult. We find ourselves right back where we started as if in a loop. Most of us, need someone to actually hear us and see us. What if therapy does make a difference? What if taking the time for yourself to explore dynamics and make behavioral steps offered you peace and joy?”

Mike Fink, MBA
Mike has worked in the mental health space for over 15 years. Mike worked as a behavioral therapist for children on the autism spectrum prior to joining Rosewood in Santa Monica as Marketing Outreach Coordinator. Subsequent to Rosewood, Mike maintained a role as Director of Business Development for Breathe Life Healing Centers. He currently maintains a position as Director of Business Development for an Acute Psychiatric Hospital in Pasadena, California. Mike is responsible for establishing referral relationships with partners across the healthcare landscape and also specializes in placement for individuals in times of crisis. He has a passion for bringing services to acute trauma and has created The Crisis Therapy project, a collaborative group of organizations that connects people to free therapy during a national crisis or natural disaster. The Crisis Therapy Project is an extension of his nonprofit platform, Thero.org, a non-profit online community of treatment providers who are continuing to build the first comprehensive and free national mental health resource directory. He is dedicated to his work in the mental health field as he has battled with OCD since childhood. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of OCD and OCD treatment. Mike is passionate about helping people find OCD placement, coaching, and education. Mike received his B.S. in Psychology and Kinesiology from Arizona State University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from UCSD.
